Our organic white penne comes from a small producer in Grevena, in the northern part of Greece. It is made with organic durum wheat semolina. Similar to fresh pasta, our penne cooks in approximately 5 minutes. Enjoy warm with some melted cheese, or cold in a spring pasta salad. Pairs perfectly with our tomato passata for a simple dinner.
