We supported the following charitable organisations:

    * Sustain / food link

We have diverted 20kg of leftover food to plan Zheros, based at Borough Market on Saturday evenings

We have offered free sustainability advice to a number of local start-ups and small businesses, including events organised by the Sustainable Restaurant Association.

We are currently consulting with Enfield council on improving the sustainability of it’s food and drink offering. This is provided directly to council employees at the Civic Centre but also two theatre cafes used by the local community. We have written policies bases on the 10 pillars of sustainability and then assisted the council employees on implanting these polices with great success.

We have links with sustain and been involved with discussion groups around the London food strategy and other community initiatives. We are one of Urban food heroes as chosen by sustain.
