We take our infusion made from hand picked elderflower petals to create this refreshing, floral fizz. It won Gold stars at the 2012 and 2018 Great Taste Awards. Mix with apple juice for a lovely mocktail. Add to white wine for a cool summer spritzer, or blend with a dash of gin for a very British sundowner.
