Varietal Composition: Xinomavro 50%, Syrah 50%. Region: Amyndeon, North Greece. Ageing: Nine months in Allie oak casks (50%) medium to light toast and Missouri extra fine grain (50%) and fifteen months in bottle. Tasting Characteristics: Splendid, purple red colour. Complex, typical bouquet of spices (vanilla, pepper, clove), with hints of ripe blackberry. Full mouth, with vanilla aroma, rounded tannins, balanced acidity and wood tones. Long aftertaste with intense quince aroma.
