Vinification:Grapes are handpicked and transported in small baskets. Classical white vinification. Fermentation in stainless tanks.
Microclimate: Mediterranean, mild hot summer with relative humidity, dry and chilly winter.
Tasting Notes: Soft golden color. Basil, lemongrass, and asparagus flavors along with white flowers followed by rich aromas of tropical fruit, pineapple, guava as well as green gooseberry, tart quince and ripe citrus. Dry in taste, with high acidity and full body. Long aftertaste.
