Made using a mix of British apple varieties, with no need for artificial sweeteners. We use a combination of whatever is tasting good and is fresh as heck right now. This usually includes Russet (sweet & complex), Red Windsor (blushing and sweet), Cox’s Orange Pippin (fruity & juicy) and Bramley (sharp & rounded) depending on the season, to give our apple soda an autumnal hue and sharp, fruity bite.
