Green Amfissa olives are grown in the organic and biodynamic farm of Atrapos. They are hand picked when still unripe and singled out with great care. They ferment in brine, rinsed in fresh water, pickled with herbs and packaged. They are rich in antioxidant properties, with a firm green flesh and fresh, bright taste. 150g
